Terms and Conditions
- Annual Contract Value of Referral must exceed $50,000 for six months of free cleanings; other proportional promotions available for smaller contracts.
- Up to a total value of $2,000 of free cleanings.
- Add-on’s, deep cleanings, or other non-recurring services are not included in this promotion.
- Free cleanings to begin up to 60 days after commercial contract is signed.
