Common Questions
Office Cleaning FAQ
Do you clean outside business hours?
Yes, and that's the default for most office accounts. WellNest schedules office cleaning after your staff leaves for the day, so cleaning never interrupts work and crews can move freely through the space. Daytime or early-morning service is available if your facility requires it, but most clients in Northern Virginia prefer an evening window for standard recurring office cleaning.
What does a standard office cleaning visit include?
Every visit covers the areas agreed on in writing during the walkthrough. For most offices that means common areas, restrooms, the kitchen or break room, trash removal, vacuuming, and hard-floor mopping. Private offices are cleaned on the agreed frequency. Periodic add-ons like floor care, interior glass, and deep cleans are scheduled separately. If something should be on every visit, it goes in the written scope before the program starts.
Is there a minimum office size you work with?
There is no hard square-footage minimum. We work on a recurring schedule rather than single one-off cleans, because regular service is how we keep a space at a consistently high standard. If your office is too small or too infrequently serviced to justify a dedicated crew assignment, we'll tell you that during the walkthrough rather than propose a program that isn't a good fit. Most Northern Virginia office accounts range from a few hundred to several thousand square feet.
Will we get the same cleaning crew every time?
Yes. WellNest assigns a specific crew to each commercial account: the same people, on the same schedule, learning your facility over time. This is one of the biggest differences between WellNest and national franchises or gig-platform vendors. When your assigned crew knows where things are, which areas need extra attention, and what your specific facility requires, the work is consistently better. If a crew member is out, coverage is managed by WellNest so you're not left without service.
How does commercial cleaning pricing work?
Commercial cleaning is quoted after an on-site walkthrough, not over the phone or from a square-footage estimate alone. Every facility is different, and scope, frequency, access requirements, and supply needs all affect the program. After the walkthrough, you'll receive a detailed written proposal within 2 business days covering all of that. No surprise charges, no vague estimates.
What if we're not satisfied with the cleaning?
Contact us directly. Same-day response during business hours, within one business day after hours. If something was missed or not done to the agreed standard, we'll address it promptly. Commercial accounts have a named point of contact, not a generic support queue, so issues get resolved by someone who knows your facility.
What areas does WellNest serve with its commercial cleaning services?
WellNest serves businesses in Northern Virginia (including Alexandria and Arlington), Washington D.C., and parts of Maryland such as Bethesda, Columbia, and Rockville.
