Common Questions

Car Dealership Cleaning FAQ

How do you clean showroom floors without affecting the vehicles on display?

WellNest crews work around vehicles rather than moving them. Showroom floors are swept and mopped in sections, with care taken around any display models, pedestals, or signage. If your floor requires buffing or a periodic finish program, that's scheduled outside sales hours to avoid equipment noise or product tracking during customer visits. The walkthrough covers exactly how your showroom is configured so the crew knows what to expect before the first visit.

Can cleaning be scheduled after dealership hours?

Yes, and that's the default. WellNest schedules dealership cleaning after closing to avoid disrupting the sales floor, customer lounges, or service write-up areas during business hours. Early morning is available as an alternative if your closing time is late or you have early staff arrivals. Either way, the schedule is confirmed in writing before the program starts.

Do you clean the service department and customer waiting area?

Yes. The service department waiting area, service write-up desks, and restrooms used by service customers are included in the scope if that's what you need. The service bay floor itself is typically outside scope because of vehicle fluids and specialized floor care requirements, but everything customer-facing around it is fair game. WellNest will walk through the service side of the dealership during the initial visit and scope exactly what makes sense.

Are your employees bonded and insured?

Yes. Every WellNest employee is a W-2 employee (not a gig worker or independent contractor), hired, vetted, background-checked, trained, bonded, and insured by WellNest directly. This means you have a single accountable company behind every person entering your facility, and proper liability coverage if anything is ever damaged or goes wrong. Documentation is available on request.

How does commercial cleaning pricing work?

Commercial cleaning is quoted after an on-site walkthrough, not over the phone or from a square-footage estimate alone. Every facility is different, and scope, frequency, access requirements, and supply needs all affect the program. After the walkthrough, you'll receive a detailed written proposal within 2 business days covering all of that. No surprise charges, no vague estimates.

What if we're not satisfied with the cleaning?

Contact us directly. Same-day response during business hours, within one business day after hours. If something was missed or not done to the agreed standard, we'll address it promptly. Commercial accounts have a named point of contact, not a generic support queue, so issues get resolved by someone who knows your facility.

What areas does WellNest serve with its commercial cleaning services?

WellNest serves businesses in Northern Virginia (including Alexandria and Arlington), Washington D.C., and parts of Maryland such as Bethesda, Columbia, and Rockville.
