Common Questions
Bank Cleaning FAQ
Are your employees vetted for working in a financial institution?
Yes. Every WellNest cleaner is a W-2 employee, not a gig worker or subcontractor. All staff are hired directly, background-checked, and bonded. For bank accounts, crew documentation including identity verification and background check records is available to the branch or security team upon request. If your institution has specific vetting requirements beyond our standard process, bring those up during the walkthrough and WellNest will confirm whether they can be met.
Can you work around branch security protocols and alarm systems?
Yes. WellNest briefs the assigned crew on each branch's access procedures, alarm requirements, and any restricted areas before the program begins. Service is scheduled outside branch hours by default, so no cleaning happens during operating hours. If your branch uses a specific key or access card system, a supervisor escort for the first few visits, or a particular sign-in process, those requirements are part of the walkthrough conversation, not an afterthought.
What areas of a bank branch does your scope typically cover?
Standard bank branch cleaning covers the customer lobby and teller area, private offices and conference rooms, staff break room, restrooms, and trash removal throughout. Back-of-house areas, vault corridors, and any restricted zones are handled according to the branch's specific access rules. WellNest works only in the areas authorized by the branch manager, and the written scope defines exactly where the crew goes. Nothing is assumed.
Are your employees bonded and insured?
Yes. Every WellNest employee is a W-2 employee (not a gig worker or independent contractor), hired, vetted, background-checked, trained, bonded, and insured by WellNest directly. This means you have a single accountable company behind every person entering your facility, and proper liability coverage if anything is ever damaged or goes wrong. Documentation is available on request.
Will we get the same cleaning crew every time?
Yes. WellNest assigns a specific crew to each commercial account: the same people, on the same schedule, learning your facility over time. This is one of the biggest differences between WellNest and national franchises or gig-platform vendors. When your assigned crew knows where things are, which areas need extra attention, and what your specific facility requires, the work is consistently better. If a crew member is out, coverage is managed by WellNest so you're not left without service.
What if we're not satisfied with the cleaning?
Contact us directly. Same-day response during business hours, within one business day after hours. If something was missed or not done to the agreed standard, we'll address it promptly. Commercial accounts have a named point of contact, not a generic support queue, so issues get resolved by someone who knows your facility.
What areas does WellNest serve with its commercial cleaning services?
WellNest serves businesses in Northern Virginia (including Alexandria and Arlington), Washington D.C., and parts of Maryland such as Bethesda, Columbia, and Rockville.
